Enhance your journey with weekly online calls, including biweekly sessions guided by Lore and self-practiced sessions with prompts. This continuous engagement fosters deeper integration and connection within the group.
Our venue: Fridhem Kursgård
Nestled in the stunning natural beauty of Dalarna, Fridhem Kursgård in Stjärnsund offers us a warm and inviting retreat. This peaceful haven, surrounded by lakes and forests, provides an inspiring setting for our journey, with the charm of the historic village as its backdrop. The venue features a cozy, traditional wooden house from the 1890s, complete with spacious group rooms and a welcoming dining area with an open fire.
For this course, there is space for a group of 12-18 participants.
Journey Outline
Module 1 -
Liberation Into Bliss
Kick off a seven-month journey with a weekend that lays the essential groundwork for deeper exploration. This initial gathering is all about tuning into your erotic body, embracing its expression in a fresh, innocent way. We'll create a communal space that nurtures self-intimacy and personal expression, where each moment and interaction organically contributes to building trust and openness.
This weekend is about setting the stage for this 7-month transformative exploration, welcoming every part of ourselves into our ongoing temple of discovery. Celebrate individuality and the dynamic energy of our group as we embark on this profound adventure together.
Module 2 -
The Sacred Desire Playground
Building upon the first meeting, step into a space where your deepest desires and possible underlying shame gets to be explored lovingly and playfully. Engage in conscious kink, polarity practices, and impact play, creating more space for those parts of you that have been living away from the daylight. This weekend promises a deeper connection with your longings that both challenges and invigorates your core, all within a nurturing group dynamic.
Module 3 -
Deepening: Shadow And Light
For our final weekend, we attune to the unique needs of our assembled group. Delving deeper, we embrace shadow work mirrored by the tribe, potentially discovering facets of ourselves that others perceive but we might overlook. The hidden, the beautiful and the confronting, what happens if we uncover more of who we - also - are. Within this brave and warm space, we'll explore, celebrate, and perhaps even challenge these hidden aspects.

Join us for three transformative weekends and connective online meet-ups in 2025 and 2026: November 14-16, 2025, January 16-18, 2026, and March 13-15, 2026.
Each weekend begins with arrivals on Friday between 9.00 - 9:30, followed by the first group session at 10:00. The weekend concludes on Sunday at 17:30.
Pricing Tiers:
Spots are filled sequentially, moving to the next tier when the previous one is fully reserved. I will update availability here when a tier is full.

The food entails chef-prepared meals each day. We’ll begin our nourishment with a dinner on Friday and end with lunch and, if you want, some late afternoon snacks on Sunday before departure.

About the facilitator
Lore Blancke is passionate about the wisdom of the body as a gateway to a richer and more conscious life. Her mission is to support unobstructed aliveness as a source of creativity, healing and well-being.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathy and is trained in breathwork, massage, consent work, constellation work, cyclical living, authentic relating, embodied intimacy and Weflow.
